Well, here are the three rules of greatness: “Persevere, Persevere, Persevere”.
The difference between those that do and those that don’t do is perseverance. When things become “rough” and obstacles present themselves, those that do see it as a challenge and their resolve becomes stronger. Those that don’t do, give up and blame their situation for their failure.
Believe in yourself and persevere. Great things can happen when you do.

The thoughts we have affect our lives everyday and in every way. It affects our demeanor, personality and health. Make the most of each day and choose to live a happy and joyful life.
Make an effort each day to substitute any negative thoughts into thoughts of possibility and hope. Doing this on a continual basis will train your mind to think differently and seek out opportunities and possibilities.

I am in control of my emotions. No one can make me feel a certain way unless I choose to. I control how I feel.
Just like everything else in our lives, there is a choice, one way or another. Choose to be strong and in control of our emotions and of who we are. When we do that, we take back our power.

I am relaxed – at ease and feel healthy throughout my body.
The key to relaxing is remembering to breath. If you find yourself tense in the stomach and chest and realize that you are only taking short breaths. Stop what you are doing, take deep breaths and listen – recite the above positive until you feel the relaxation spread throughout your body.
Day in and day out, we have a choice in how we feel and how we want our body to feel. Not to say that you won’t feel stress. The point is, how will you react to it? Choose to face life head on, relaxed and with a positive mind set.
